During the winter months, we open Thursday & Friday 10am - 6pm. Saturday 10am - 6pm. Please book in advance via our booking link on this site or message us via email. Saturdays are generally our busiest day, but it is worth checking if you need a last minute appointment.

CONSULTATION FEES
To ensure your experience is unique and special, we operate by appointment only. Our bridal consultation fee is £30, which is transferable to another appointment if you need to rearrange with 72 hours notice.

GUESTS
The boutique can accommodate up to three guests during your visit. Much as we love them, children don't enjoy bridal boutiques, and are a distraction for the bride and our team. For this reason we do not allow children under 10 to visit the boutique, to ensure you enjoy your visit and we can make sure you have a fabulous time.
ACCESSIBILITY
Free parking, including lots of Blue Badge spaces, is available on our Heritage Site.
We have full lift access to the boutique. If using the lift, please arrive at the Tweed & Groom entrance, and use the doorbell if required.
We have an extra large fitting room, with space for PAs and benches. Every area of the boutique is accessible by wheelchair. We have a large bathroom, with lowered sink and turning space for a wheelchair. A new accessible bathroom with ceiling hoist is also due to open soon on our heritage site.
