Returns Policy

This policy applies to ONLINE SALES ONLY.  If you wish to return any item purchased online it must be returned WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS of its arrival with you, for a refund (less card processing fees). You must let us know by email that you wish to return the item, and Items must be returned to The White Yard store in person, or by UPS/Royal Mail Special Delivery and fully insured to the value you paid.  Return postage needs to be sent by the THIRD WORKING DAY following the item arriving with you.  It is the buyers responsibility to cover the full insured cost of returning the items. Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as sent to you. Any damage howsoever caused will be charged (we recommend you pay particular attention to your shoe heel when trying dresses on) and also soiling, dirt, makeup, stains, odour, split or stretched seams, rips/tears, hairspray, fake tan or any other defect on the item.
